1. General nature of the platform
Striker Pulse is a purely signal-driven, deterministic execution engine for Futures & Options (F&O) trading. We provide automated routing and execution infrastructure. We do not provide financial advice, discretionary portfolio management, or predictive market analysis. When Striker Pulse fires a trade, it is triggered solely based on explicit mathematical conditions evaluated by our code.
2. API connectivity and third-party brokers
Striker Pulse relies on API connectivity with third-party brokers (e.g., Dhan). While we run an institutional-grade Order Management System backed by six asynchronous safety loops to keep your state in sync, we do not control the broker's servers.
3. Automated execution and safety rails
By deploying capital through Striker Pulse, you authorise the system to place, modify, and cancel orders on your behalf. You acknowledge that the system enforces deterministic safety rails, including:
- A 15:10 IST hard square-off to prevent overnight gap risk.
- A mathematical 3% daily loss circuit breaker to cap catastrophic days.
- A per-trade cap bounded by your declared deployed capital.
- A drawdown-based pause that halts fresh entries after a losing run.
4. Capital-tiered routing and subscriptions
Striker Pulse intelligently routes trades based on your available deployed capital. If an At-The-Money (ATM) premium would violate your per-trade risk cap, our engine will algorithmically shift to Out-of-The-Money (OTM) strikes to keep you engaged without violating exposure limits.
Access to specific underlyings (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, FINNIFTY) is strictly gated by your chosen deployment tier (Starter, Pro, Scale) and the capital levels documented on the Pricing page. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time subject to the Refund Policy.
