1. Data collection and telemetry

To operate our execution engine, Striker Pulse collects and stores essential user data, including basic profile information and broker API credentials (API keys, API secrets, and the numeric Client IDs we extract from your Dhan JWT payload). We actively monitor and log trade telemetry, execution speeds, and order states to power our reconciliation engines — including a phantom-close loop that polls your broker every five minutes to detect any divergence between our books and your actual broker positions.

2. Security and API credential handling

Your API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with per-user keys. Striker Pulse uses these credentials strictly to:

No withdrawal rights: We do not have — and cannot have — the ability to withdraw funds from your broker account. The API permission set we use is strictly limited to trading and market-data operations.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data or trading history to third-party marketing agencies. Trade execution data is shared exclusively with your connected broker to fulfil order routing.

We may use anonymised, aggregated trade data across our 34+ battle-tested strategies for internal empirical market adaptation and system refinement. Such aggregate data cannot be reverse-engineered to identify individual users.

Payment information (card / UPI details) is handled entirely by our payments partner and never touches Striker Pulse servers.
